Duties:  Create, review, analyze, revise property restoration repair estimate.  Proficient use of Xactimate 28/Xactware/Sketch software: Link to software site: http://www.xactware.com/

Specific skills:

Technical construction, Rebuild/Reconstruct, commercial and residential structures, experience. develop, budget, review blueprints, knowledge of codes, expertise in all areas of general estimating using Xactimate, Sketch and XactAnalysis, full blown basement to roof expertise.

Additional Skill Set:

Professional acumen: Ability to lead, excellent communication both verbal and written, Excellent communication using in person, digital, and written.  A sense of urgency, behavioral attitude that you represent the company and should always exhibit professional acumen.  An investigative spirit, a fierce loyalty to your employer and their clients, time management, good sense of prioritizing work load.
