Special Information for the clients working culture
We work in teams. An account manager is assigned to a producer. Depending on the producer’s book size she might have more than 1 producer. The Account Manager is responsible for the book of business, sets up new submissions, markets new and renewal business and helps their CSR as needed. An Account Manager knows how to handle the entire book. Each Account Manager has a CSR that helps them with Audits, endorsements, certificates, billing, cancellations, reinstatements, ordering loss runs & bonds. I also like our CSR’s to know how to quote so they can be a back up to the AM if they are out of the office.
Agency software system is AMS360, Work Smart & Microsoft office
