Title:  Property Restoration Construction Estimator

Duties:  Create, review, analyze, revise property restoration repair estimate.  Proficient use of Xactimate/Xactware/Sketch software: Link to software site: http://www.xactware.com/

Specific skills:

Technical construction, Rebuild/Reconstruct, commercial and residential structures, experience. , knowledge of codes, expertise in all areas of general estimating using Xactimate, Sketch and XactAnalysis, full blown basement to roof expertise.

Professional acumen: Ability to lead, excellent communication both verbal and written, Excellent communication using in person, digital, and written.  A sense of urgency, behavioral attitude that you represent the company and should always exhibit professional acumen.  An investigative spirit, a fierce loyalty to your employer and their clients, time management, good sense of prioritizing work load.

Compensation:  Commensurate with experience
